Login Help

Permission to entrace will only be given to investigators and other persons involved in projects supported by Aix Scientifics^®. Before your first login you need to fill in the register form and sign the user agreement form in writing. Then you will get a username and a personal password. Therefore, please first contact Aix Scientifics^® (tel: +49 241 4500 358     e-mail: eike@aix-scientifics.com ).

Your personal password is only secure if it is long enough and it consists of different characters and symbols. Your password is only safe, if no-one can guess it and it is never disclosed to anyone.

A password does not protect you against harmful software (e.g. a Trojan horse at your computer) or against Phishing (inadvertent discloser). To protect you and us against such attacks, we will time-by-time ask you to enter additionally a safety codes, which you will get e.g. by SMS. Furthermore, every time you login you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please, immediately contact us, if you get such an e-mail without a previous login-in !

Login
Under the web address "https://www.aix-scientifics.com/en/login" the login form is presented. With your username, the password, the name of the project, and perhaps additional information you can check in. On the first page of the project you will find an [info] button for further help within the project.
Finally, please do not forget to log off by using the [Exit] button.

The Internet address "https://eCRF.uk" is a shortcut to reach the web address "https://www.aix-scientifics.com/en/login".
Attention: Always use the address field of the browser program. Never let Google or others search for the address. You may be misguided.

Problems, which may occur
It may be impossible to login, if SSL-encryption or JavaScript are deactivated at your browser program.
A login may also fail because username, password, or name of the project has not been filled in exactly in the correct way or as you got no permission for the particular project.

After the login the session may become invalid after a while, because it exceeded the maximum period of inactivity. In such a case of timeout you will loose all data, which has not been saved previously and you will need to login again. Thus, please, periodically save your data !
